​AEFM CleanSure builds upon the baselines of the BICSc cleaning methodology, a tried and trusted baseline system of cleaning along with our wide knowledge of industry best practice, legislation and environmental factors, and develops this rich data set to meet the specific and individual needs of your building and indeed your business in a way that drives continuous improvement without simply adding additional cost.

We go beyond simply cleaning, looking at how we can bring technology and innovation to the solution, reducing environmental impacts through the use of zero impact chemicals and introducing new equipment and systems that actively reduce the time that is taken to complete

Once the model is agreed, we train every member of the team on how to apply the AEFM CleanSure cleaning system to ensure that it is fully understood and delivered at all times.

Measuring good cleaning standards is often subjective with opinions differing on what good looks like.  Our view is that excellent should be the only standard and as such, we have developed a bespoke AEFM CleanSure Audit Manager tool that allows you as our client, to receive real-time audits, complete with photo and video evidence of the works that have been carried out along with the audit score.  Where an element of the service falls below the standard of excellent, these issues are detailed in the audit along with the remedial actions being taken to address them.
